Pork Ribs with BBQ Rub

A delicious rack of meaty ribs marinated in a tasty BBQ rub served with a crunchy coleslaw.



• Rack of Pork ribs
• Bite Me Spices BBQ Rub
(you can purchase in store)
• Mixed leaf salad
• 1x Red cabbage
• 2x Onion
• 2x Carrot
• Mayonaise
• Dijon mustard

How to cook


Step one:

Use the BBQ rub and rub it all over the rack of ribs and wrap in foil, if you have time leave in fridge overnight.


Step two:

Pre heat oven 160 degrees’ place ribs wrapped in foil on a tray and cook for 2 hrs. until meat is tender and you can pull out the bone with ease.


Step three:

Using a food processer slice all the vegetables and put into a bowl add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, a little sugar and mix till everything is coated well. You can make this the day before as it will develop into a better flavor.


Step four:

Once the ribs are cooked you can leave to cool and then slice into ribs and then reheat on the BBQ to get that authentic taste


Step five:

Dress the salad leaves, and then you are ready to serve
