Butchery Class: Sausage Making
Our butchery classes run after hours at Ecton once a month. They’re led by one of our butchers, who will teach you how to make and the art that is sausage-making of our locally famous Ecton Bangers over a 90 minute period. The classes are a great way to get hands-on with some meat and take your sausages home. Book a ticket HERE to book onto the next available class.
